I first met Helen LaLousis (yes the one from The Claire Saga) early this century, while performing some legal work for her. She was client of the firm I then worked for, but since I was the one doing the work, we were in constant contact, so we struck up a friendship. Decades later, she is now one of my BFFs. I love Helen.

Helen and I have had quite a few adventures over the years.
Helen is the ultimate Greek hustler. She has worked in every business imaginable. She actually ran a major flea-market, sold gold, cars, and managed and sold real estate. And, of course, her family has dabbled in the Diner business.
She always “gotta guy” that can fix or get you whatever you need in life.

Helen is the visionary and chief cook and bottle washer. She creates every product with her own two hands. She tests and experiments with things until she gets the perfect combinations, formulations, smells and consistencies. And then, of course, there’s the magik.
She places special crystals in her products, which infuses each individual item with certain energies.
She tinkers until the energy is just right. And it always is. She puts her love into every product.
I’m often blessed by being the Guiney pig, as she will send off new items for me to test.
Other than that one astral projection incident, things have gone to plan.

I often tell my fine, five readers how I never remember actually writing my novels. I’m beginning to suspect that Helen’s bracelets may turn my hands into productive versions of the Addams Family Thing.

Question- What is an energy bracelet, and how does it supposed to work? What are the beads made of? I note at least 5 different beads. Are each of the beads supposed to do something? You mentioned smells (probably from something else- but do the beads have a specific odor

The energy comes from the natural energy of the earth. However, also further infused with my intention. I am a believer in intention, and the natural energetic force that we possess as humans. . There is no fragrance or aroma that these stones naturally exude it is their presence and energetics force of their natural composition that works with each individual that synergistically creates the desired outcome.
