Now that I have FJM solidly launched – thank you all for your support – I have to turn my attention to the next story in this series – Where The Ley Lines Meet.
As with all my writing, I’m half excited and half frightened to death. I know the story is germinating in my head somewhere because I’m getting those scene flashes – I actually see it as a film in my head – which, based upon my experiences with the other books, means I’m getting ready to channel the story.
You can’t help but worry that you can provide this story the sequel it deserves. I’ll try my best.
I got the title from one of the reviews for TWA. As soon as I saw it I knew I would use it for the sequel. If you recall, the character Bobbi pointed out that the Ley Lines in Colorado crossed on Jimmy’s back property.
Anyway, I’m hoping to start writing in June. I just need to do a little more research. Then let it simmer.
Then channel. Hope those elves are ready to start typing.
Unfortunately, my legal life is getting very busy.
Definitely need that Hollywood deal to free me up from my daily grind.
But I want to take the moment and thank you fine, five readers again for getting me here.
Seriously, it’s been a blast.
Really magical.
But I need to focus on my day job for a stretch, so I better get at it.
First a kitty cuddle, my rounds and the dreadmill. That machine hates me.
But it’s Hump Day, so let’s take the hill.

“There are lots of people who admire you like Jasper does..great name…Like me. I would love to meet you. My dad was so happy to hear the news you told me in an email about a character. Thankyou for that. It means a ton to me and to him. Dad only read The Wiseass before he couldn’t read anymore. He loved it. I don’t know if mom will read them or not. I will let you know.
Saw a mention here of Luke’s novel, downloaded it last night, and couldn’t put it down. Excellent writing clearly runs in the family. I’m still trying to figure out how someone with your imagination could have tolerated all those years as a lawyer 🙂
Adrienne, I so appreciate your support and a character with your name will definitely appear at some spot in the next novel. I’m so glad your dad got to read TWA. And I’m equally glad that his book sits on the MOS Bookshelf.
Roger, thanks so much for that positive review. If I could beg a favor. If you would post something similar on Luke’s Lebanon Red Amazon page, it would really help push his book. He’s working on his sequel, but as he has three young daughters and a full time job he’s taking a little longer than I do. He’s actually a much better writer than I am. And that’s okay with me. Can’t wait for his next one. This man is a wonderful fiction author with strong character development, great plot and action, and a nice romantic subplot. Couldn’t put it down! His dad’s an excellent writer, too.
